COLLABORATION BREW

Three Japanese brewer friends, Sho from Mountainview, Daisuke from Strange Fellows, and Hiroshi from Parallel 49 teamed up to create this gari-ginger-inspired sour ale with a pairing of Japanese seafood in mind.

BREWER’S NOTES

Delicate ginjo (fragrant sake) aroma reminiscent of melon, pear, and apple from sake yeast. Bright and earthy ginger aroma with a touch of spiciness. Refreshing light sourness with crisp grainy malt flavour and light sweetness followed by fruity ginjo aftertaste. Easy-drinking and no-nonsense tasting for the complex experimental process and techniques that were put into this beer.
