 BREWER’S NOTES  

Indulge in “Sean the Tart”: A light and vibrant sour beer that bursts with the juicy sweetness of ripe strawberries and the tangy punch of rhubarb. Lactobacillus introduces a refreshing lemon-like acidity that perfectly complements the jammy strawberries. A soft mouthfeel thanks to the addition of oats and wheat, balances the tartness. This beer finishes juicy and will have you coming back for more.
