BREWER’S NOTES 

This fuchsia-hued Raspberry Sour Grisette starts with a bright and drinkable table Saison. Soured with one of our favorite house cultures and aged on a few hundred pounds of black raspberries this is a complex but super drinkable tart summer beer.
