MISTER HIP
WEST COAST IPA
Since Mister Hip was last in town, brewer Regis Groleau has relocated to Brittany to start his own Microbrasserie – Ouest Coast Brewery. While thrilled for him, we do miss Regis’ whistling bonhomie around the brewery, so a long-distance collaboration seemed in order. With a ton of pine, citrus & ripe fruit character & a softly balanced palate, this West Coast IPA reminds us that friendships can survive the distance of separations.
