BREWER’S NOTES
Yoshi the Tart, similar to his sister Yara is a tart grisette brewed with even more aromatic yuzu juice and a hint of sea salt. Lactobacillus creates a bright, clean lemony acidity that blends well with the citrus flavours of yuzu and notes of melon coming the addition of Cashemere hops. A bright pop of citrus combined with a light brininess makes for a very thirst quenching brew.
