Malevolent or merely mischievous, Yokai are shape-shifting supernatural demons of Japanese folklore, commonly exorcised on the last day of winter. We like this making way for the coming-of-spring and could all use a little boost of spirits at this time of year, so we’ve named this beer in their honour.  Bright, fresh, and floral with a bit of spicy heat, Yokai is supremely refreshing and we suspect it may exorcise evil spirits too!

BREWER’S NOTES

A collaboration with Dickies Ginger Beer, this Belgian-style Wit beer is infused with a generous quantity of fresh pressed ginger,resulting in a light, spicy, cockles-warming brew.
