BREWER’S NOTES  

Taking a break from Northeast Hazys, Romulus is an old school West Coast IPA with big fruit and pine flavours. Some of our favorite “C” hop varieties are all here including centennial, Cascade and Citra and the result is a classic IPA with a short-lived bitterness and balanced malt profile.
