RASPBERRY BERLINER WEISSE

TART WHEAT BEER

On the sunny day when Napoleon conquered Berlin, his troops no doubt celebrated his triumph with goblets of local Berliner Weisse which they christened “the champagne of the north” Refreshing, Fruity & tart, this old world sour was brewed with legions of fresh BC raspberries, resulting in a fushia-hued feather in the cap.

BREWER’S NOTES 

This Berliner Weisse is a kettle sour brewed with a load of ripe BC raspberries. The sweet fruity flavour of the raspberry balances the sour nature of this beer. Brewed with wheat for a soft body and packaged with high carbonation to make for a very refreshing brew.
