PRISCILLA THE TART - Sour Guava Grisette
This mixed fermentation sour grisette was fermented with dregs from a bottle from a famous Belgian Lambic producer, then blended with copious amounts of Pink Guava. The juicy guava character is accentuated by a crisp sourness from the lactic acid producing bacteria present in the harvested multi-culture, with subtle funk and complexity imparted by the wild yeast fermentation.
