OSWALD THE TART - SOUR GRISETTE

This mixed fermentation sour grisette was fermented with dregs from a bottle from a famous Belgian lambic producer. These Brettanomyces yeasts that were harvested and repitched give this beer aromas and flavours of lemon and pineapple, with subtle earthy and spicy notes that are distinctive of true Lambics. The rich and fruity character is accentuated by a crisp sourness from the lactic acid producing bacteria present in the multi-culture.
