BREWER’S NOTES  

Penelope the tart is a light grisette brewed with loads of passionfruit juice. Lactobacillus creates a bright, clean acidity that blends well with the tart and tropical flavours of passionfruit. A light mouth feel and a crisp finish makes for a flavourful and refreshing brew.
