TART WHEAT BEER

On the sunny day when Napoleon conquered Berlin, his troops no doubt celebrated his triumph with goblets of local Berliner Weisse which they christened “the champagne of the north” Refreshing, Fruity & tart, this old world sour was brewed with loads of ripe pineapple, resulting in a tropical golden feather in the cap, or fresh BC Raspberries, resulting in a fushia-hued feather in the cap.

BREWER’S NOTES 

These Berliners Weisse are a kettle sour brewed with loads of ripe BC raspberries or fresh pineapple. The sweet fruit flavour balances the sour nature of this beer. Brewed with wheat for a soft body and packaged with high carbonation to make for a very refreshing brew.
