BREWER’S NOTES 

Koru is a fresh take on a West Coast IPA. It combines the crisp, clean profile of a lager yeast with vibrant New Zealand hop character. One of our favorite New Zealand hops, Nelson Sauvin, is the star of the show here. Bursting with refreshing notes of white grape and pineapple paired with a short-lived, assertive bitterness and an ultra-crisp and dry finish.
