BREWER’S NOTES  

Taking a break from Northeast Hazys, Heirloom is an old-school West Coast IPA with big fruit and Citrus. Some of our favorite PNW hop varieties are all here including Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra, and Simco and the result is a classic IPA with a short-lived assertive bitterness and balanced malt profile.
