Was the cyclops misunderstood? Known throughout time as the man-eating, one-eyed giant, his revenge on the Greek hero Odysseus incited one of the greatest epic adventures of all time. Perhaps the Cyclops’ lone peeper symbolized a cosmic third eye, responsible for foresight of historic proportions… Something to ponder while you enjoy this slightly citrusy single-hopped IPA – A balanced ale with HBC 630 red berry, candy-like character with hint of caramel – That may open the gate to a different outlook on things.

BREWER’S NOTES 

Brewed with the experimental hop HBC 630, this single hop IPA has flavours and aromas reminiscent of pine, sweet candy and creamy peach. Golden Promise malt brings a complexity that stands up to the rich hop character and adds a subtle sweet finish.
