Perhaps the Cyclops’ lone peeper symbolized a cosmic third eye, responsible for foresight of historic proportions… Something to ponder while you enjoy this juicy single-hopped IPA – A balanced ale with Chinook's resinous piney character and bright grapefruit notes – That may open the gate to a different outlook on things

BREWER’S NOTES 

The newest addition to our roster of single hoped IPAs, this classic chinook hop brings the old school hop character of pine resin and citrus to this hazy East Coast style IPA.
