Civitas Belgian Single is brewed with a classic Belgian yeast strain this unique take on a monastic patersbier is dry, bright and well carbonated. Aromatic and softly spicy, a judicious addition of lemongrass and coriander bring floral aromatics and a pithy delicate lemon character.
