BREWER’S NOTES

 

This dry hopped Saison is brewed with a simple grain build of Pilsner malt and wheat to let the yeast and hops shine. Hallertau Blanc is a modern German hop that has the traditional noble hop character (herbal and spicy) but also brings some a pleasant fruity character to this Saison, with notes of gooseberries and white grape. With a light bitterness and dry finish, Blanca is as refreshing as it is complex.
