BREWER’S NOTES

Originally brewed for farm workers in Belgium and Northern France Saison is a refreshing and versatile style of beer. Ours is a classic example, owing to the choice of yeast cultures, the wheat heavy grain bill, and the slow process of can conditioning. Bayard is a dry and refreshing beer with notes of white pepper, pome fruits, and a delicate acidity.
