BREWER’S NOTES

 

 Alpha is a fresh take on a West Coast IPA. Showcasing big stone fruit and Citrus character. One of our favorite hops, El Dorado, is the star of the show here. Bursting with juicy pineapple and tropical flavors combined with a short-lived, assertive bitterness and an ultra-crisp and dry finish.
