Prior to human contact, birds in New Zealand thrived in the natural predator-free paradise, resulting in the evolution of a multitude of rare species not found anywhere else in the world. Dry-hopped with Motueka, Wakatu & Wai-iti, this dry & aromatic pilsner showcases the unique tropical, citrusy, fruity characters of these hops from Aotearoa (AKA New Zealand) - The perfect accessory to thoughts about the wonders of evolution.

Dryhopped with three classic New Zealand hop varieties, Odd Birds offers all that is refreshing in a dry pilsner beer along with the unique quality the hops - Citrusy, lime-like and fruity with a soft dry and slightly spicy finish.
