    Aged over 2 years in a 6000L foudre with a multiculture including some of our favorite strains of Brettanomyces, Monsieur Dubois has very prominent cherry and stone fruit aromas. Wine-like in character, with a pleasant touch of oak, it has a soft caramel sweetness but finishes dry and light on the palate.
