MISTRAL Riesling Saison [ GOLD – Wild Barrel-aged Beer – CBA 2019, GOLD – Specialty Wild Ale – BCBA 2018]
This dry bright Saison was aged in ex-Riesling barrels with a unique Brettanomyces yeast culture, resulting in a beer, that not unlike the wine, has flavours reminiscent of lime, petrol and white grapes

MELANGE A TROIS Brett Bruin [ GOLD – Belgian Styler Brett BeeR – CBA 2019]
Bringing together three different malt-forward barrel-aged dark beers brewed with Brettanomyces, this beer is round, soft and only very slightly sour with a hint of malty chocolate character.

REYNARD Oud Bruin [ GOLD – Mixed Fermentation Ale – BCBA 2017, GOLD – European Sour Ale – BCBA 2016]
This classic Flemish style brown ale, with its sweet and tart cherry-like character has subtle woody vanilla notes from ageing in French oak barrels.
