This month’s Brewer’s Lunch is inspired by the Belgian/Northern France festival La Ducasse, and the cuisine of Belgium and Northern France.
Each board includes:

– Pickled Spring Radishes from Biota Fermentation
– Smoked Farmhouse Ham and Camembert from East Side Beer Food
– Saucisson Sec
– Port Salut
– Baby Pickles

It goes perfectly paired with Guardian White IPA, our May beer of the month.
